Bob has a broad range of experience in the rail industry and also the arboricultural sector. His 'no nonsense' approach has earned him the respect of clients and colleges alike. Bob has worked with Rod Usher since the early 1990's and became a director of IMS in 1998.

Charlie has over eight years experience in the field of arboricultural contracting. He has spent time in both the private and local authority sectors, thereby gaining experience in the needs of a wide range of different clients."I have learnt over the years that the simple solutions are usually the best. Therefore, I always take time to discuss the client's requirements. Only once these are fully understood can an effective programme of work be drawn up." Charlie holds a degree in Arboriculture and Amenity Forestry from the University of Aberdeen.

Rod has spent thirty years working in all aspects of arboriculture. Rumor has it that a few Local Authority Officers can still remember seeing him in the topmost branches of 150' tall plane trees in London's regency squares. These days he tends to keep his feet on the ground, where he advises clients on a wide range of problems including tree related subsidence and planning issues.
